We Are Upgrading our Customer Portal!
Please do not use this portal to submit cases any longer.
We are in the midst of upgrading our Customer Portal to a more integrated experience, via https://success.learndot.com.
While many things remain the same, there will be a few that would have the biggest impact to you:
- Access to the Support portal will now require your https://confluence.servicerock
et.com credentials. If you have forgotten your password, please navigate to http://www.servicerocket.com/r esetmypassword , or shoot us an email at email@example.com and our friendly Learndot Support should be able to help you gain access again.
- For users that may not have an account previously, they can always signup for an account by navigating to https://help.learndot.com/serv
icedesk. Simply click on “Sign up for an account” (per the image attached) and follow the instructions.
- Alternatively, new users can also setup an account by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org , which will trigger an email with instructions on how they can complete the signup process.
In the event that you are unable to access your account, feel free to shoot an email to email@example.com and our friendly Learndot Supporters should be able to help you sort this out.
